This is the DVD-rip done by Exiled-Destiny of the 3rd OVA of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki.

It is with dual audio English/Japanese (default English).

The last three files are with Japanese characters instead of English characters, so you won't be able to read the credits and everything, but you'll be able to listen.
