This folder contains a Full version of Counter-Strike 1.6, a CS 1.6 v21 Patch and zbot.

How to install Counter-Strike
=============================
1. Install Counter-Strike 1.6 Full v7.
2. Apply the Counter-Strike 1.6 Patch v21 Full.
3. Install zbots(see below) - You only need this if you want to play with A.I.



How to install zbot
===================
1. Extract zbots.zip to your cstrike folder.
2. Go to desktop, right click on cs 1.6 icon, and click on properties, add this line at the
   end of target, make sure u leave a space between whats there and what u r adding:

   +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/zbotcz.dll  

   Example : "D:My GamesValvehl.exe" -nomaster -game cstrike +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/zbot.dll

3. Save it.



How to play with zbots
======================
1. Inside the game, press "H" and you'll get a bot menu on your left side.
   or
   Go to console and type bot_add. You can also just type bot there, and the full list will come out.
2. After adding a bot, you will have to wait for a few minutes to let the bots analyze the whole map.
   You might feel laggy while analyzing. (next time you play the map again, you don't have to wait anymore)



How to play online with your friends
====================================
1. On desktop double click on "Dedicated server" and start a server.
2. Go to your internet browser and visit www.whatismyip.com to get your IP address.
3. Run Counter-Strike and add your IP to your favorites to join game. (Find server > Favorites > Add server)
4. To let your friends join your server, simply give them your IP and do the same thing above for them.



Notice
======
1. This version of CS is a non-steam version and might NOT works with Cheating-Death.
2. You can only join cracked non-steam server and non Cheating-Death server.
3. There are some other bots to try out like, realbot 1.0. (Google for it)
4. Go here http://www.cs-maps.org to download your favorite CS Maps.
